Oscar Resort Hotel is seeking a Front Office Manager with proven leadership and revenue management experience. The successful candidate will have previous (relevant) experience as a F.O.M in a 4 star deluxe international hotel, must be computer literate with knowledge of Athena, Fidelio & Opera, and have excellent communication/interpersonal and problem solving skills. Candidate must be able to handle challenging situations and guests' concerns in an efficient and discreet manner. The position requires the ability to be a team player and to create and maintain good relations with various departments within the hotel. The ideal candidate will also have a strong network within the hospitality industry. A highly professional appearance is required.
A strong command of English is required and a second European language is preferred. Must be between the ages of 35-50 with a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management.
